Drum beats could be heard throughout Katoomba on International Day of People with a Disability. Sylvanvale Foundation and Boloba Drums united in an event to bring together the Blue Mountains community – no matter what their age or ability.

Carrington Square was filled with 100 drummers drumming for the event and a wonderful feeling of inclusion hovered over the square.

Sylvanvale’s Acting CEO, John Kelly, said “Sylvanvale Foundation is proud to be a part of such a creative and inclusive event that celebrates the diversity of the Blue Mountains community.”
