A group of keen dancers from Sylvanvale Day Programs dusted off their dancing shoes for the Old Time Gala Tea Dance in the Marana Auditorium of Hurstville Entertainment Centre on Thursday 15 October. The Tea Dance attracted more than 200 dancers of all ages and abilities.

As they waltzed and whirled around with their partners to the tunes of Kevin Ryan’s Old Time Dance Band, they worked up an appetite for the delicious high tea provided for refreshments.

The event was put on by Hurstville City Council as part of its 2009 Discovery Festival of Community Arts.
