We are pleased to announce that we will again be partnering with Macquarie University to consult with staff, families and clients about levels of satisfaction, areas of improvement and how connected people feel with Sylvanvale.

The annual Voice Project will conduct two surveys: a climate survey of staff starting in February and a satisfaction survey of families and clients starting in April.

Both surveys will provide vital information on how we can improve our practice and improve as an employer, while at the same time enabling us to benchmark our performance against hundreds of other organisations from all industries and professions.

We value individual thoughts and opinions and encourage everyone to complete the survey to enable us to better meet needs and improve our service.
