Client Satisfaction Survey

client_survey_3 As you may be aware, Sylvanvale has been consulting with a wide range of stakeholders to gauge opinion on how we can improve our services. This month we are seeking feedback from the people we support through our Client Satisfaction Survey. The survey allows people to let us know their thoughts on the support we provide, the opportunities available and how we rate against the Disability Service Standards. The response we receive from clients is essential in informing us on how they rate our service, as well as identifying new approaches, ideas and areas for improvement.

The results of the survey will be collated by the VOICE Project Team based at Macquarie University and combined with the staff survey and stakeholder review will provide essential information on what we need to prioritise over the coming years.return to the news & media page
