Erica Lindwall may love the South Sydney Rabbitohs, but she loves her friends at Sylvanvale Catering more.

For almost 11 years Erica has chopped, sliced, diced, kneaded, baked and iced at Sylvanvale’s Catering service but now she has must farewell her beloved kitchen and colleagues as she is moving north to be closer to her sister at Tweed Heads.

Her Sylvanvale family will miss her greatly; Erika was not only a leading hand at Catering, but a great friend who demonstrated much care and compassion for her workmates. Her popularity was highlighted by the fact she was given two farewell morning teas: one at Catering and one at Sylvanvale's head office.

Erica was very good at her job – her slices were second to none – and she really set a wonderful example for the new employees, taking them under her wing and imparting her skill and passion for cooking.

Sylvanvale wishes Erica all the best in her new endeavours and her favourite footy team, the Bunnies, all the best in this year’s competition.
