Sylvanvale Foundation and Owen Hodge Lawyers hosted a free estate planning information session at The Point bowling club during Seniors Week. It was highly popular with a number of Sutherland Shire residents, including many Sylvanvale parents.

Estate planning expert James Kelly, partner at Owen Hodge Lawyers discussed a range of issues people face when planning for their future including wills, advance directives and bequests to not-for-profit organisations.

Sylvanvale Foundation CEO Pauline Stanley said “Bequests have a lasting, positive impact on organisations that support the disadvantaged sections of society, especially people with a disability. Once you have made provision for your family, I encourage you to consider an enduring gift that will enable Sylvanvale to meet the ever increasing demand for support services for people with intellectual and physical disabilities.”
