After seven years of dedicated service Pauline Stanley, Chief Executive Officer of Sylvanvale Foundation has resigned in order to spend more time with her family.

On resigning, Pauline said “Without doubt I will be sad to leave the many faces I have come to love at Sylvanvale. Yet I know I am leaving at a time when the organisation has solid strategic leadership in the Sylvanvale Board of Directors as well as a talented team of management and staff. My departure will be an opportunity for change and renewal. It provides a unique opportunity for all as Sylvanvale continues working towards greater opportunities for the people we support, their families and the community.”

During Pauline’s stewardship, Sylvanvale has grown into a successful and respected organisation supporting over 1500 individuals and families.

Chairman of the Sylvanvale Board, Mrs Lorna Stone said “I thank Pauline deeply for all her hard work, enthusiasm and professionalism. She leaves the company in excellent shape and has created a team which everyone can be proud of. The directors, staff and members wish Pauline every success in her future ventures.”

A selection process to appoint a permanent replacement for the position of Chief Executive Officer will commence soon. In the interim John Kelly will act as Chief Executive Officer and the Sylvanvale Board is confident John’s appointment will maintain the stability and consistency of management needed at this time.
