Sylvanvale Accommodation Services supports approximately 140 people across Sydney. Our Accommodation Services support children and adults within group, individual and shared community housing options. Services include:

Services encourage independence by providing a safe and secure home environment that encourages skill development while offering support based upon individual needs.

Houses are comfortable and well-maintained and most are located within easy reach of transport links and local services. All houses are well resourced and some offer specialist equipment if required. Each resident has their own room that can be furnished and decorated to their own choice and preference and each service encourages and supports individuals to develop life skills, make friends and pursue social and recreational interests.

We believe experience counts and we offer you first hand experience in learning and developing new skills. Every resident assists in preparing meals, shopping, cleaning and tending to the gardens. We also offer a wide variety of in-house programs including computer skills, budgeting, catching transport and pursuing social interests. Our trained staff support individuals in making programs more enjoyable and enable skill development and confidence building in wanting to broaden life experiences.

People who primarily have an intellectual disability are eligible for funding and placement through Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC).
