Sylvanvale Foundation’s group homes are located across the Sydney. Between four and six people live together in a group home. Residents have around-the-clock-care that meets their individual needs as well as the support and education to encourage their independence.

Group homes help people with an intellectual disability who are currently unable to live independently or with their family due to their care and support needs or a breakdown in the care arrangements.
