Sylvanvale’s Independent Living Drop-In Support Service is located in Sutherland and assists people with a disability to live by themselves or in a small group.

The service identifies, assesses and plans the transition of appropriate people with a disability into suitable independent living arrangements and prevents the need for more intensive or restrictive accommodation support or even homelessness.

The service encourages people to be as independent as possible by developing living skills through training and managing their ongoing day-to-day living requirements and continuing drop-in support visits.
