Sylvanvale Children's Services support approximately 200 children and families across Sydney. Sylvanvale supports children through a variety of programs including early intervention & education, therapy, respite and after school & vacation care programs. Early intervention and prevention strategies are encouraged to improve health and wellbeing and we provide education and support to parents, giving children a good start in life. Services include:

Services support children between 0-18 years and their families, we provide flexible support enabling children and families to reach their goals. Each service encourages and supports children to develop skills and independence, through the provision of specialised services that are responsive to a child's individual needs.

All services focus on the strengths of the child and family and utilise a planning process, which assists with the development of an individualised program for the child and family. Children in our programs participate in a wide variety of activities and each child is able to develop skills according to their own abilities.

Eligibility

Children who primarily have an intellectual disability are eligible for placement.
