Sylvanvale's Community Participation Program assists young people with a disability to develop the skills they need to work towards their goals, increase their independence and participate as valued and active members of the community.

Sylvanvale's Community Participation Programs are located throughout Sydney and offer a broad range of activities and experiences that include education, leisure, recreational, social and cultural events.

The programs also fosters friendship and support networks and helps young people make the transition from school to adult life.
