Sylvanvale's Post School Options program offers a broad range of activities and experiences that encourage participants to maintain and develop life skills as well as increase independence.

The service is located in south-eastern Sydney.

We also offer educational and learning activities as well as a full range of leisure, recreational, social and cultural activities. Programs work to develop and expand friendship and support networks and help people make the transition to adult life.
