At Sylvanvale continuous improvement is driven through the organisation using the “Plan, Do, Check, Act” model which can be found at the following website http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/management_standards/understand_the_basics.htm
- Plan: Establish objectives and processes required to deliver the desired results
- Do: Implement the process developed
- Check: Monitor and evaluate the implemented process by testing the results against predetermined objectives
- Act: Apply actions necessary for improvement if the results require changes
We are committed to the process of continuous improvement and peer and self auditing throughout the organisation. The Executive team is involved in monitoring the outcomes of these activities and all employees are expected to follow the organisation’s policies and procedures. These steps lead to quality processes that are reliable, consistent and meet expectations.
