Sylvanvale day programs support people with disabilities aged between 18 and 60 years.  Programs include Community Participation, Transition to Work for School Leavers, a Supported Employment Service and programs for Seniors.
The Adult Day Programs (including Seniors) cater for people with  moderate to complex disabilities and assist people to develop day to day social and living skills, participate in and integrate as members of the community, gain independence and improve their health and well being.

Community Participation provides a variety of activities and  programs for clients according to their individual needs and goals.
Our Supported Employment Service provides catering to the community in the Sutherland and St. George Local Government areas.

These programs operate from Monday to Friday and are located at Sutherland and Kirrawee.
