Request For Proposal

Sylvanvale Foundation (the Foundation) are considering a sale of a Site located in the Sutherland Shire and are Requesting Proposals (RFP) for Sale Agent services for this process. The brownfield Site is located within 30km of Sydney’s CBD, offering 9,476 square meters recently rezoned to allow for residential development. 

The Foundation intends to select from this RFP a Sale Agent (or Co-Listing) to engage on an exclusive basis, who will be responsible for the marketing and sale of the Site. This RFP and any future sale will be overseen by an independent Probity Advisor, O’Connor Marsden & Associates. 

The Foundation has prepared an RFP inviting Sale Agents to submit responses for consideration. All interested parties will be required to sign and return a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to O’Connor Marsden & Associates prior to viewing the RFP.
