In the 2024–2025 financial year, the Sylvanvale Foundation achieved an operating surplus of $2,313,585.

This strong financial result reflects our continued commitment to sustainable practices that ensure the long-term viability of our organisation. It enables us to keep investing in initiatives that deliver on our purpose—creating lasting outcomes and meaningful impact in the lives of people with disability.

Key Activities

During the year, we commenced planning for the redevelopment of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) at Illawong, designed to better support people with disability.

We also progressed the sale of the Mikarie Place site and provided philanthropic support to several inclusive community initiatives, including:

• The Sutherland Shire Inclusive Arts Festival
• The Sutherland Titans Football Club
• The Powerful Owls inclusive rugby union team.
